Through these collaborations, we have acquired an impressive 500 metric tonnes of materials valued at $18.6 million, which we then carefully retest, recycle and repackage. Rather than letting these valuable resources go to waste, we make them available to NGOs and women’s self-help groups, empowering them to incorporate high-quality ingredients into their handmade products, from incense sticks to hand sanitisers.
This holistic approach not only creates employment opportunities and brings micro and cottage industries into mainstream economic growth, but it also contributes to the overall sustainability of the fragrance and flavour industry.
